District 1 is happy to announce that we have received a grant to create a community mural in the southern part of the district. This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund. Look for more info later this spring and summer.

Hello! I am a full-time muralist here in the Twin Cities. I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know the details of this project when they become available. Thanks!
