Recycling
District 1 is a community of people who recycle.
Curbside pick up every Thursday morning makes it easy for YOU to recycle too!
Items need only be sorted into TWO categories:
paper and cardboard, and bottles and cans — including glass,
aluminum, #1 and #2 bottles, and paper milk and juice cartons.
Items should be set out in blue recycling bins for easy identification by the drivers. These bins are FREE. You can pick up a blue recycling bin from the District
1 office, at the SunRay Shopping Center. Call us to find out how you can get one!
